Sassy Hip Hop with Shabre is a fun and hype choreography dance class that allows dancers to channel their inner sass on the dance floor. Sassy class is also known as "Club Sassy" because the class environment feels like a fun night out at the club with your best friends! Every sassy class has an encouraging, inclusive and welcoming environment that allows dancers to freely dance in a judgment free zone. This class is a phenomenal workout! As an NFL cheerleader and captain of the San Francisco 49ers for 6 years, I have continued pursuing my passion for dance as a choreographer and dance business owner. As the founder of Sassy Hip Hop With Shabre, I am a traveling choreographer where I teach sassy hip hop dance routines all over the world. Additionally, I choreograph for high school, college, and professional NBA/NFL/International dance teams as well as help prepare aspiring dancers for professional dance team auditions.
Sassy Hip Hop With Shabre is designed to allow individuals to escape for a brief moment in time and channel their inner sass and confidence. As a doctor of clinical psychology, Sassy Hip Hop With Shabre is formulated under a dance therapy model. Therefore, each sassy hip hop routine and sassy class experience is designed to enhance clients self-confidence and ensure that they feel empowered throughout class.
